This e-learning tool is designed to give senior managers maximum flexibility to learn at their own pace, in their own style and at their own convenience. E-learning is most effective, however, when combined with other learning methods such as face-to-face sessions and direct follow-up. Facilitator guides are available on how to design and conduct face-to-face sessions and how to introduce this e-learning module. Most often, face-to-face sessions can be conducted with senior managers from different countries or a region, which also allows for the sharing of experiences among different countries.
